A copy of these statutes and regulations was included in your application packet There are 10 true or false questions and 10 multiple choice questions. To pass this test you must answer at least 15 questions correctly. If you do not pass this examination, you must take Examination B within 30 days of this date. If you fail Examination B, you must take a second Examination A within 30 days of taking Examination B. - 1. The private detective license must be posted in a conspicuous place in the principal place of business of the licensee.
- 2. A private detective agency is a person or organization which regularly employs other persons to engage in detective business.
